A teaser for Shrek 5 has been released, and the internet is up in arms about his yassified new look.

The last Shrek film came out fifteen years ago, so it makes sense to update the ogres' look, but no one wanted this. Shrek, Donkey and his family have all been reshaped to look like bright, smooth, A.I.-generated beings. People are calling for a redesign like they did with the Sonic movie, bringing it back to the original animation, or just canceling the movie altogether.

A lot of people took “Shrek is love, Shrek is life” very seriously, and Dreamworks is feeling the wrath for massacring their boy.
